Wasn\'t what I was looking for but program worked ok. I wanted something that would generate real words and numbers like \'bottom67roof\' or such for people that can\'t seem to remember a password unless it is \'password\' (and they have trouble with that too). This randomizes the letters and number which makes it hard for those users that struglle with ID 10 T errors.

It is misnamed. I wanted an application to securely wipe an OS from a disk, prior to disposal of the PC. This program should be caled \"File Wipe\".

Downloaded fine, but didn\'t work. Process stopped at Error, disk in use, or some such wording. I want to wipe my hard drive for recycling and haven\'t found a way to do it yet. Windows xp won\'t even let me format the disk. I don\'t get it.

Could not get disk wipe to boot up to erase the drive.

I was pleased with the ease of use of the program, and also the results, but i was completely unaware that as it performed the cleanup, it fully used up all the space on my D drive, which put me off using it on my C drive, where my OS is installed. The file was removed automatically after the process, but I will not risk causing instability and would appreciate warning about the temporary file.

It has not recovered all the deleted documents which can be recoverable through other paid recovery tools.the recovered PDF can be open easily but the the most of the recovered .Doc are corrupted .Really thanks for providing the tool free of cost

Recovery of AVCHD video files I was trying to recover some AVCHD files that I accidentally deleted on my PC. This program did not find the files. I might how ever be so that a previous program (PC Inspector from Germany) I used to try to find the file destroyed the file because it found the files but it couldn’t recover them. I could not find information about your program if it supports the AVCHD file format.

You did it. While reinstalling a Microsoft Vista Image backup made with MS Vista, he asks me "should I bring the disk back in it's original partioned position"? Downloaded the trial version, but it did not seem to help me with my problem - OE will not recognize a few of my dbx folders (I am assuming they are corrupt). This software also did not open these dbx files. I will not pay for a full version unless I know the software would help me.

Ran a different scan that found the missing emails, but your product did not find a tenth of the lost emails. Might be nice for beginners, but is not strong enough to get everything.

I have many English and Chinese .psw files to open. TMV 2010 opens all the English ones without a glitch. Although it says Chinese is supported (both Traditional & Simplified), it fails to decode the Chinese ones. I downloaded your software to view open office docs. The software downloaded and installed fine - however at first would not open a file attached to an email in my Outlook 2000. Only after saving the file to my hard drive could I open and view the file.

Linux Recovery took 6hrs to scan a 750GB HDD (which had a partition formatted by an errant D-Link DNS-323 which formatted the wrong HDD.. a long unfixed firmware bug). It found 1000's of files, and then took a very long time to recover a few small JPG/png files only.Diskinternals Linux Recovery is close to useless.Give this one a miss.

recovery of 700GB I used your product to recover 700GB of a EXT partition that was formated by mistake. After spending 8 hours on the scan, I tried to recover the data to a network share.disk internals crashed. It would be nice to have a feature to save the scan information as I now have to wait another 8 hours for the scan to complete.
